• Welcome

St Andrew’s is the parish church for north Deal, Kent. We are a friendly church of the Anglo Catholic tradition, within the Church of England. The church was built from 1849 as ‘The Boatmen’s Church’, to offer a spiritual home to the boatmen who mainly lived in the north of the town.
  • A Church for all Seasons

Deep in the heart of the community of North Deal, St Andrew’s offers a wide range of events throughout the year in which to participate, – the annual Blessing of the sea in May, our free world class Monday morning coffee concerts in the Summer, and Summer and Christmas Fairs. There will be something for all ages and interests.
  • Can you Help?

It costs well over £1,500 per week to keep our church alive. Our current income, made up from collections, coffee mornings, fundraising and church hall hire leaves no margin for unexpected emergencies. Even just a small donation can make a difference.

What we do

St Andrew’s is a lively, welcoming, growing and warm Christian Community which exists for ALL people, and specifically, the people of this parish of North Deal. It offers a Christian spirituality which is based on faith and following the life and teaching of Jesus Christ. The various celebrations of the Church’s Year attract a wide variety of people.
St. Andrews in Dille is not just an old parish church, but a living place where spirituality intertwines with history. Built in the mid-19th century as a “boatmen’s church,” it has become a symbol of faith and support for those whose lives have been connected to the sea. It has a cozy and open atmosphere where everyone can feel harmony and tranquility, distracting themselves from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sometimes, to distract yourself from everyday worries, it is useful to switch to something completely different. For example, studying sports predictions can be an interesting way to spend your time. Among the many sports, hockey occupies a special place, because the excitement, speed, and unpredictability of the game can captivate anyone. On the page eishockey.netyou can find useful tips on how to increase your chances of success in betting and choose the best platforms for playing. Such topics help you look at sports from a different angle — from the point of view of strategy and analytics. Just as it is important to maintain inner balance in spiritual life, so too are prudence and patience necessary in the world of sports or gambling. Inspiration, faith, and the ability to control emotions are qualities that unite both the path of St. Andrews parishioners and the path of those who strive for victory by relying on reason and confidence.
